PERMITTING

We are experts in obtaining documentation in order to obtain the necessary approvals and authorizations for the project.
In this way, you will avoid any possible problems, delays and we make sure that the approval process is as easy as possible.

CONCEPT DESIGN & 3D VISUALISATION

After the design is completed, a 3D perspective will be created to help you understand the feel and spatiality of the design. We complete with individual and integrated technical drawings, followed by the presentation of prototypes or samples.

DESIGN & PLANNING

Based on technical expertise, the Except team can bring to life the vision of any client, as part of the design and planning process of a project. This part includes strategic and creative research, architectural concept development, space planning and MEP design.
